1- Create a Bi&Jou (biandjou) account
To view our whole collection of fashion jewelry, prices and special offers, you have to sign up for an account with Bi&Jou :
1.1- You have to fill up the signup form
1.2- We will check information filled in
1.3- You will receive a confirmation by e-mail that your account has been opened

2- Place an order
2.1- You have to identify yourself using your e-mail address and password that you have keyed-in during the signup procedure
2.2- Add items in the basket
2.3- At the end of your selection, click on "Checkout"
2.4- Then, you indicate your delivery instructions
	2.4.1- You can change the delivery address if you want
	2.4.2- There is only one carrier for the time being: Colissimo, french post parcel service
		The shipping cost will be added on your proforma invoice
	2.4.3- You can add specific instructions in the "Add Comments About Your Order" box
	2.4.4- Click on "Continue"
2.5- Then, you indicate your payment instructions
	2.5.1- You can change the billing address if you wish
	2.5.2- You have to specify your payment method (You can still change it later on):
		2.5.2.1- Secured payment by credit card via Paypal
			You do not pay when you place the order but, later on, when you are going to receive our proforma invoice by e-mail.
			You will receive the second e-mail as a payment request from Paypal.
		2.5.2.2- Payment by bank transfer
			You will receive our proforma invoice by e-mail with our bank account details.
	2.5.3- You can modify the message in the "Add Comments About Your Order" box. 
	2.5.4- Click on "Continue"
2.6- Then, you confirm your order
	2.6.1- Please check the keyed in information
	2.6.2- You can modify them by clicking on "edit"
	2.6.3- You have to accept our terms and conditions
	2.6.4- Click on "confirm order"
	2.6.5- You will receive an email summarizing your order

3- Preparation of your order
3.1- We check the availability of ordered items
3.2- We send you an email to confirm available items and the proforma invoice including shipping cost.

4- Payment of your order
4.1- You can cancel your order
4.2- If you accept your order,
	4.2.1- In case of payment by bank transfer, you have to send us by email or by fax a proof of transfer.
		Once we receive your money on our bank account, we will send your parcel by Colissimo.
	4.2.2- In case of payment by credit card (Paypal), you will receive an email for the payment.
		When the payment is fully completed, we will send your parcel by Colissimo.
